On Wednesday 10th June the winner of the Peatmoor Apprentice was announced. The panel including Sir Alan (Mr. Moody), Margaret (Mrs. Bissex) and Nick (Mr. McGonigle) judged the team leaders from each class. The children provided a slide show of some of the projects/events they had undertaken and then tried to persuade Sir Alan that they were the best candidates for the job. It was a very close run but Y6 were finally chosen as this year's winners; they were awarded with a toilet brush and bucket which is now on display in the trophy cabinet.
Three hundred and twenty four pounds was raised all together and will now be donated to 'Save the Children'.
